By downloading, accessing, or using TV Cast (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We recommend reading these Terms carefully before using the Services.
The Services, including all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Calify LTD (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Services or any part of the Services, nor may you use our trademarks without permission. You may not attempt to extract or derive the source code of the Services, translate the Services, or create derivative works based on the Services, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To provide the Services, we may store and process certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure and to control access to the Services on your device.
The Services require an internet connection for some features. We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or malfunctions caused by lack of Wi-Fi, data allowance limits, poor network coverage, or other network-related issues. If you use the Services over a mobile network, your mobile provider’s terms apply and you may be charged for data usage or roaming. You are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have permission from the bill payer to use the Services.
No ownership or control over streamed content
We provide tools for screen mirroring and casting. We do not host, produce, curate, control, or modify any content. You acknowledge that content streamed or mirrored using the Services originates from your device and/or third-party services, not from us.
We do not provide, curate, modify, or control content available through third-party apps, websites, or services used with the Services.
Third-party channels and content availability
Some content, channels, or sources that may appear in connection with the Services may be provided and controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, or appropriateness of any third-party content.
Content availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee compliance of third-party content with age-rating or content suitability rules in your jurisdiction.
Third-party platform restrictions (including DRM)
Some third-party apps, websites, or services may restrict screen mirroring or casting or may include content protection measures (for example, DRM). We do not modify, bypass, or circumvent such restrictions. You agree to comply with all third-party terms of use and applicable laws when using the Services.
Copyright compliance and unauthorized use
You are responsible for ensuring that your streaming, mirroring, or casting activities do not infringe copyright laws, licensing terms, privacy rights, or other third-party rights. If you stream copyrighted, private, or sensitive content without authorization, you bear full legal responsibility. We do not monitor or control the content you mirror or cast.
Security and privacy risks
Screen mirroring and casting can expose personal data, confidential information, or sensitive material to external devices, displays, or networks. You acknowledge that we do not store, access, or process mirrored content and you agree to take precautions to avoid sharing sensitive information with unauthorized parties.
Data collection by third parties
We do not record, store, or transmit the content you mirror or cast through the Services. However, third-party platforms, apps, websites, devices, or network providers may collect data about your activity. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any external services you use.
Commercial and public use
If you use the Services for commercial presentations, public broadcasting, corporate settings, or any public performance/display, you are responsible for complying with applicable broadcasting laws and intellectual property rules, and for obtaining any required licenses, permissions, or approvals.
We do not guarantee that all content can be mirrored or cast to all devices or platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your use of the Services, including (without limitation) unauthorized sharing, privacy breaches, third-party content restrictions, DRM limitations, service interruptions, or device/network incompatibility.
You are solely responsible for complying with third-party streaming policies, copyright laws, and privacy requirements.
You acknowledge that some content you access via third-party services may include, for example:
strong language, violence, or explicit material;
news broadcasts, live programming, or uncategorized content; or
third-party ads, promotional materials, or pop-ups.
You are responsible for reviewing content and supervising minors’ use, where applicable. The Services are not responsible for content that may be considered offensive, inappropriate, or illegal in a specific region or jurisdiction.
If you believe content accessible through the Services infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may send a written notice to: support@calify-ai.com.
Your notice should include:
a description of the allegedly infringing content;
evidence of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner;
where the content is accessible (for example, a URL or other identifier); and
your contact information for follow-up.
After receiving a valid notice, we may take reasonable steps to review it and, where appropriate, notify the relevant user. However, we cannot guarantee removal, restriction, or modification of content because we do not control third-party content or the content mirrored from a user’s device.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any third-party terms that apply to content or services you access.
You are responsible for any unauthorized access, attempts to bypass geo-restrictions, DRM restrictions, or other technical limitations imposed by third parties, and any misuse of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calify LTD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including (without limitation):
copyright infringement;
unauthorized redistribution or public performance;
violations of third-party rights; or
violations of applicable laws or regulations.
We may, at any time:
modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice; and/or
restrict access to certain features where necessary for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.
If these Terms end or your access is terminated:
the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end; and
you must stop using the Services and, if applicable, delete the App from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for changes. Updates become effective when posted, and continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
